When and how can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order before it reaches the “Order Shipped” state.
To cancel an order follow the steps.
- Login to taazataaza site.
- In the right corner of the site when you hover mouse pointer you will get link for My Orders. Click on My Orders.
- Click on Send Cancel Request button.
Do you allow returns/exchanges?
Yes, you are allowed for exchanges and returns incase if the delivered product is damaged or a different product is delivered. The same should be intimated within 48hours of delivery. So it is always better to read all details before making your decision to buy a product as you are allowed to place order for what you want and you are bound to get what you have ordered. Food items does not qualify for returns.
Can I cancel the order even after the order is shipped?
We will consider your request even if the order is shipped, but will refund your amount only when we get back the complete order items back to the warehouse from the shipper.
Will I get my payment back if I cancel my order?
Yes, definitely. If you have made an online payment you will get it back in 10-15 business days. If you have paid through COD then the amount will be credited to your respective bank account.
Why can’t I cancel a particular item?
It might be because the order is delivered to you or it might be a non-cancellable item.
How will I know that my order is canceled?
You shall receive an automated email once the order is canceled. You can also check the Cancellation status by visiting “My orders” section under “My account”. Usually, it takes up-to 48 hours to process cancellation.
What if my order is not dispatched even after then specified dispatch time?
We strive our best to fulfil your order. But incase of some unforeseen reasons if the dispatch time is delayed then the same shall be communicated to you, So with your permission we can wait for sometime if possible or the order will be cancelled and the amount shall be refunded to your respective bank account.
